If you are a 501(c)3 free or charitable clinic providing medical services (which can include vision, dental, acute/episodic care, chronic care, or any health care related support services) to uninsured residents of Alabama, we want you to join us!

As an active member of AAFCC, you are able to network with other members of AAFCC, share in resources, including grants and donations received by AAFCC, and discounts and supplies provided by vendors.

Simply fill out the application form below, provide documentation of your 501(c)3 status, and submit with your $250 application fee.

We look forward to having you join us in serving those who need our help!
